About modENCODE-mine

modENCODE-mine is an integrated database of genomic, expression and protein data for Drosophila and C. elegans. Integrating data makes it possible to run sophisticated data mining queries that span domains of biological knowledge.

modENCODE-mine is developed in the Cambridge Systems Biology Centre at Cambridge University and benefits from the continued development of the Flymine integration system.
